About Me
For years, I did what most high achievers do: I functioned on the outside and crumbled on the inside.
I chased accomplishments, carried emotional roles that weren’t mine, pushed through pain, ignored my body, and used coping mechanisms to get through the day. I didn’t need a therapist to ask me to hash out the past again — I needed someone to help me rewrite the beliefs and patterns that came from it.
Eventually, I realized something life-changing:
My habits weren’t the problem.

My mind — my beliefs, my definitions, my conditioning, my identity — was.
My habits weren’t the problem.

No one had ever taught me how my subconscious worked.
No one taught me how beliefs become behavior, or how coping mechanisms are simply survival strategies for unprocessed emotions.

No one taught me emotional regulation, thought induction, self-attunement, or how to create internal safety.
So I learned it.
Studied it.
Lived it.
And transformed through it.
